"Green energy from the Caucasus region is an opportunity for both diversification and the provision of Hungary's energy needs," said Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary Peter Siyarto while delivering a speech at the Green Energy Corridor Forum which is held in Tbilisi, APA reports.
The Minister noted that for the transmission of "green energy", an underwater pipeline connecting Georgia and Romania should be built.
He also noted that Bulgaria also wants to joint this project and Hungary supports this.
