In January–April 2025, Azerbaijan’s foreign trade turnover amounted to 16.9176 billion US dollars, which is 24.1% more compared to the same period of the previous year, APA-Economics reports citing the State Customs Committee.
Over the past year, exports across the country increased by 7.5%, reaching 8.7847 billion US dollars, while imports rose by 48.8%, totaling 8.1329 billion US dollars.
Although a positive trade balance of 651.79 million US dollars was recorded, it is 4.2 times less than in the same period last year.
