Azerbaijan will host the Clean Energy Center of Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), it has been reflected in the draft law on the “Charter of the Clean Energy Center of Economic Cooperation Organization” included in the agenda of Milli Majlis’s International Relations and inter-parliamentary relations committee held today, APA reports.
According to the draft law, the Clean Energy Center is an institution connecting the collective efforts of the member countries in the direction of promotion of restored energy, decreasing the effects of climate change.
Samad Seyidov assessed Azerbaijan’s hosting of this center as a growth of our country’s strategic role in the regional energy intentions.
