"During the visit of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to Kazakhstan, the representatives of Azerbaijani delegation have already expressed their interest in investation. They have raised new questions about the exploration and production of the hydrocarbons. We understand that based on the increasing demand for energy we must continue to spend on increasing resource base," Minister stressed.
