Electricity generation rose 13% in Azerbaijan, November

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan produced about 1.8 billion kilowatts of electricity during November, up 12.5% on a month earlier.
Azerenerji, the national utility, said 1.7 billion kilowatts was generated by thermal power stations and the rest by hydropower stations.
Besides, Azerbaijan continued exchanging electricity with the neighboring countries like Russia, Georgia and Iran.
In total, 19.1 billion kilowatts of electricity were produced during January-November.
