Baku. Ramiz Mikayiloglu – APA. Indonesian observers Menera Artaul and Inkiriband Robert Manuel have being observing voting at polling station # 21 of Khatai District Constituency Election Commission #35 since 9:30.
They told APA that the election is being held normally transparently, there is no irregularity and normal condition has been created for observation.
Presidential candidate Jamil Hasanli’s representative with a consultative vote Dilara Babayeva also said that no problem has been observed in the election process so far. Chairman of Station Election Commission Sevda Mammadova noted that voter turnout is high, 135 persons voted within 1.5 hour. She said that conditions have been created for observing the process.
