Penahov said the elections held in Azerbaijan up to this day were watched by thousands of observers and this year’s elections are expected to be observed by numerous observers.
He urged heads of executive authorities and other officials to be more responsible during the elections: ‘But let’s not forget that they are not obliged to ask anyone’s permission to watch the elections. The elections will be organized at the high level as always, because we have all conditions for it’.
He called on all heads executive authorities to join the active discussion on organization of the elections together with the CEC members.
