Panahov noted that release of any provocative information can not disrupt the election process: “It is immoral to damage the country using social networks. Such cases can not prevent our work. If anyone takes provocative steps purposely or unintentionally, he/she must be warned. Generally, the guilty must be punished”.
CEC Chairman said that results of exit-poll can not be publicized as the voting is going on: “Some organizations holding exit-poll have publicized their results. The results of exit-poll can be publicized only after the results of the polling stations are made public. It will be investigated who did it. Members of commission offer to react to it. However, we think that there is no need. I think, there is a bad intention behind it”.
