Panahov said that in most foreign countries a voter is to apply himself/herself to be registered in the voters' list: “If a voter is not registered in those countries in the determined period, it will be impossible later. He/she will not be included in the list even if he/she holds a rally outside the Presidential Administration. Voters' lists are continuously updated in Azerbaijan. According to the Election Code, the voter can be included in the list and cast a ballot even on the election day by submitting ID cards in Azerbaijan.
The Chairman said that they hadn’t received any complaint in this regard up to now.
