He said that all necessary conditions have been created for holding democratic elections in Azerbaijan: “Conditions have been created for parties to participate in the elections. There is no control over the press, especially internet. For holding of elections at the high level, constituency election commissions and polling stations must have high professionalism. Our direct duty is to achieve correct steps taken by the subjects participating in the elections in accordance with the Electoral Code and deliver the results of elections operatively and timely. All conditions have been created in the country for holding free and democratic elections in the atmosphere of pluralism”.
