Baku – APA. “The elections are going on peacefully, there is no serious problem,” said head of the international observation mission from Bulgaria, Indonesia and Sri Lanka Victor Papazov, APA reports.

He said that no tension is observed in the lection process: “People coming to the polling stations are friendly. I observed the recent parliamentary elections and previous elections as well. For instance, there was a tension during the parliamentary elections, maybe it was due to the participation of multiple parties in the elections. However, I have not observed any tension in this election.”

Papazov noted that fingers of electors are not inked in Bulgaria: “Azerbaijan is using this method to prevent an elector from voting several times. However, I find it difficult to comment on this method.”
