According to him, he has been in 6 poling stations of Khatai third Election Constituency â„–35 and observed: “Voter turnout was low in the morning but increased after 11:00. 300-400 voters have voted in the poling stations which I monitored. I’d like to note video cameras I the stations. Members of election commissions tried to establish good relations with the observers. However, there were certain problems. For example, there were observed uncertainty in the places of observers in poling stations. That’s, weak points were observed in the organization of elections. In general, the elections are well-organized”.
