Baku. Aynur Aliyeva – APA. Several members of the European parliaments are monitoring the voting process in Azerbaijan.
APA reports that Czech MEP Jiri Mastalka has observed the start of voting process at the poling station # 28 of Nasimi-Sabail Election Constituency # 28.
He said he has being following the process since morning and added that they have observed voting at 5 polling stations so far: “As we started observations in the morning, I can say that your people are educated and they are using their right to vote in accordance with the law. I did not see any irregularities or complaints. I think, the voting process is normal for now”.
Following voters in the same station, Polish MP Tadeusz Woźniak said they have not faced any problem yet: “We are following how democracy is developng in Azerbaijan. We have visited several poling stations so far and have not observed any irregularities. Generally, I can say that the election process is normal”.
Totally 1,131 persons have been included in the voters’ list at the poling station # 28 of Nasimi-Sabail Election Constituency # 28. Over 220 voters have voted so far, 7 persons have signed out.
