Baku. Shahriyar Alizade - APA. Baku Court of Appeal has today continued the hearing on the appeal of imprisoned chairman of REAL Movement Ilgar Mammadov against the Central Election Commission.
APA reports that the court passed a decision to hold expertise regarding signatures submitted by Mammadov. Mammadov made a speech in the hearing and expressed dissatisfaction about extension of the process.
The hearing was postponed for an indefinite period.
The CEC has not registered Mammadov as a presidential candidate.
Mammadov appealed to the court against this decision.
