Panahov asked local media to deliver opinions of the international observers to the society: “We must show to some persons and organizations with which democratic values the elections are being held in Azerbaijan”.

CEC Chairman also mentioned that the persons who have not names in the voters’ list will not stay out.

Panahov said the initial results of the election will be released by 23:00: “If the results will be known in more than half of the polling stations, we will be able to do that”.
