APA reports that Hasanguliyev has arrived at the polling station with his spouse.
Hasanguliyev told journalists that he hopes that the elections will be held in accordance with international standards: “I wish these elections will be at such a level that no one can cast doubt upon the legitimacy of the election. Azerbaijan has Karabakh problem and the image of our country should be higher in the international arena. We must introduce Azerbaijan as a democratic country in the world. I think that the authorities understand their responsibility before the Azerbaijani people and should try these elections to be held in accordance with international standards.”
