Mazahir Panahov: We will not impede allocation of money to candidates, who did not return allocations to state budget since previous elections

Baku. Elnur Mammadli-APA. CEC will receive appeals of citizens, who will participate in the elections after announcing Election Day, CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov said at press conference today, APA reports
To him, appeals of citizens will be investigated within 5 days and the persons will be given signature leaflets, if appeals coincide with demands of law. Panahov noted that candidates will register till late in August. Panahov noted that candidates will use free air time and Public Television will carry out this service. Air time for promotion of candidates will be offered in state periodical press and radio. Allocation of air time for candidates will be determined by drawing lots.
â€œPropagating materials will be hanged from the sites determined by Executive Powers. Posters will not be allowed to be hanged on walls of buildings,â€ he said.
Panahov noted that they would not impede allocation of money to candidates, who did not return allocations to state budget since previous elections. Panahov noted that Azerbaijanis living abroad will be created condition to participate in the elections. Asked about boycotting elections by Azadlig block, AMIP, Musavat, ADP he noted that it will not cause problem to presidential elections.
