Baku. Elnur Mammadli–APA. Ruling New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) started preparations for the municipal elections to take place in December, 2009 in Azerbaijan. YAP Deputy Executive Secretary, MP Mubariz Gurbanli told APA the preparations were going on in the high level.
Gurbanli said the party would nominate its candidates for all municipalities and would use the modern election technologies during the campaign.
He said YAP had enough election experience and this experience would secure the party’s victory in the municipal elections too.
