A multi-series historical series will be shot in Azerbaijan for the first time, APA reports citing the Public Relations and Social Media Department of "Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting" CJSC.
The series to be broadcast on AzTV will include two seasons, the first season is called "Atabeylar: Shamseddin Eldeniz."
The series, which will be shot with the organization of the Culture Ministry, is expected to consist of 24 series in the first season.
The film project will present the characters of historical figures such as Shamseddin Eldeniz, Momina Khatun, Muhammad Jahan Pahlavan, Gizil Arslan, Nizami Ganjavi, Nasreddin Tusi, Architect Ajami Nakhchivani, Sultan Sanjar, Vizier Kamaulmulk, and other personalities.
