"Construction work continues in Shusha, and the face of Shusha changes month by month, returning to its historicity," Aydin Karimov, the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Shusha district, said during his speech at the official closing ceremony of "Shusha - the cultural capital of the Turkic world - 2023", APA reports.
"Our monuments reflecting the history of Shusha and Garabagh are being restored. To date, 16 of our monuments have been completely restored," he said.
Aydin Karimov added that it is an honor and pride to bear the title "Shusha - the cultural capital of the Turkic world - 2023". We see how much Shusha means to the entire modern Turkish world."
