Baku. Ulkar Gasimova – APA. Turan Orujlu, son of chairman of East-West Research Center Arastun Orujlu voted for Armenia’s representatives in Eurovision-2009 in Moscow. Arastun Orujlu confirmed the fact to APA. He said he knew about it a day later.
“I did not make a remark. My child’s patriotism should not be measured with his voting for Armenian singer. My children are patriotic enough. Everybody knows their father’s position. This is a song contest. The children said Armenians try to introduce themselves as a civil state by voting for Azerbaijan. We also voted for them with this purpose. Actually this is logical,” he said.

One more Azerbaijani Rovshan Nasirli, who voted for Armenia’s representative, said he did this to protest against Arash and Aysel’s representing Azerbaijan in Eurovision-2009.
