"The Russian president has not only attacked Ukraine. He is now exposing us to cyberattacks by declaring a hybrid war on European countries," said German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock at a press conference held in Baku within the framework of COP29, APA reports.
She added that Russia continues these attacks in Europe's common airspace, same way on land: "Putin is trying to make Europe to face a huge influx of migrants by dividing Europe and is waging hybrid warfare. We are facing cybersecurity attacks. We made big mistakes, because we should have assessed this in advance. Until Putin stops this terrible war, it is necessary to support Ukraine's self-defense to preserve peace in Europe."
