â€œImediâ€ TV channel of Georgia to resume broadcast tomorrow

Georgia’s largest independent television channel Imedi will go back on air at 20.00 by local time on December 12, general producer of the TV channel Irakli Mosishvili said, APAâ€™s Georgia bureau reports. He said that several techniques of TV channel were destructed and stressed that all programs will be prepared in one studio.
â€œOur techniques were destructed deliberately and we will not be able to restore them completely. Satellite TV signal was also destructedâ€, he said.
Mr. Mosishvili said that internal communication and mail-server was also damaged, phones are out of order.
â€œWe will not be able to be on air in traditional format. Anyway, we will do our best. Technical quality will not be as it was previous times, but people will not feel it,â€ he said.
Imedi will start broadcast with â€œChronicleâ€ information program. Tok-show on November 7 events in Tbilisi will be broadcasted later on. /APA/
