APA’s Moscow correspondent reports that the Supreme Court dismissed Roman Lugovoy’s lawsuit against the Pope to recognize his ownership right to the Vatican.
Commenting on the issues, representative of the Supreme Court said that the court considered Roman Lugovoy’s appeal to establish his ownership right to the Vatican: “His appeal was dismissedâ€.
In January 2012, a Moscow arbitration court dismissed a claim from Moscow resident Tatyana Barysheva who said she had the right to own a part of the Kremlin.
