The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has expressed condolences to China regarding the loss of life as a result of the earthquake, the Ministry posted about this on its X account, APA reports.
“Deeply saddened by the news of a devastating earthquake in #China causing a huge loss of lives and injuries.
We express our heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and wish a speedy recovery to the injured ones,” was noted in the post.
Note that on December 18 during the midnight, a magnitude-6.2 earthquake jolted a remote and mountainous region on the northern edge of the Qinghai-Tibetan plateau of China. As a result of earthquake, according to information, so far, more than 120 people have died.
