The latest condition of People's Artist, Professor Arif Babayev has been revealed, the Press Service of the Central Clinic said in response to APA's inquiry.
It was reported that the patient Arif Babayev was brought to the Central Clinic yesterday evening.
"His condition is assessed as serious. He is currently undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit," the report said.
It should be noted that on 23.07.2025, at around 17:30, People's Artist Arif Babayev was hospitalized at the Gakh District Central Hospital with a diagnosis of acute respiratory failure. It was reported that the patient was immediately intubated and provided with artificial respiration support. He was evacuated by ambulance from the Gakh District Central Hospital to Baku - the Central Clinical Hospital yesterday evening.

Health condition of People's Artist, Professor Arif Babayev has stabilized, the artist's son Yashar Babayev told APA.
He said that his father's life is no longer in danger and that positive changes are being observed in his health.
"He is currently in intensive care, but his condition is better than before," Yashar Babayev noted.

People's Artist Arif Babayev was evacuated by ambulance from the Gakh District Central Hospital to the "Merkezi Klinik" Hospital in Baku, Arif Babayev's son Yashar Babayev told APA.
He noted that his father was placed in the intensive care unit of the Hospital.
According to information obtained by APA, the people's artist is in serious condition.
