The Embassy of Hungary, together with the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum, has organized a solo exhibition by Hungarian tapestry artist Juja Perel titled “Beyond the Frame of Truth,” APA reports.
Representatives of diplomatic missions, state institutions, and the public attended the opening of the exhibition.
Opening the exhibition with a welcoming speech, the Director of the Carpet Museum, Amina Malikova, stated that the event is an important component of projects implemented within the framework of cultural ties established between Azerbaijan and Hungary over the decades.
Hungary’s Ambassador, Tamás József Torma, noted that the exhibition would contribute to the further development of cultural cooperation between the two countries.
“For us, it is a great honor to carry out a joint project with an institution that preserves Azerbaijan’s most valuable works of art and cultural heritage, and to present both our own culture and Hungarian culture,” the ambassador emphasized.
