Azerbaijan presents first fully AI-generated historical screen project - VIDEO

AzTV has launched a new series of films titled “We Are Proud of Our History.” The first screen production of the project is called “Sultan Hasan Bahadur,” the Press Service of AzTV told APA.

The film covers the reign, life path, and military achievements of the prominent ruler of the Agh Goyunlu state, the powerful commander known in history as Uzun Hasan. At the same time, the screen production highlights the activities and political wisdom of his mother, Sara Khatun, as an influential stateswoman of her time.

The “We Are Proud of Our History” project has also introduced an innovation to Azerbaijan’s television space. Thus, the film “Sultan Hasan Bahadur” is the first historical screen production created 100 percent using artificial intelligence technologies in terms of artistic depiction.

The scriptwriters of the film are Sarvar Bayramov, Mahir Garibov, and Sevda Huseyn. The project’s consultant is PhD in history Sabuhi Ahmadov.

Note that the main goal of the project is to present important figures of Azerbaijan’s history and its glorious past to a wide audience in a modern format, the statement said.
