"We will bring peace to Gaza, we will restore," US President Donald Trump said at the first meeting of the Board of Peace in Washington, APA reports.
"We will also take similar steps in other "hot spots" around the world. I think we can do it very easily. The people here are both strong and brilliant. I believe that we can do things that others cannot even imagine. We will bring peace to Gaza, we will rebuild Gaza. Gaza needs help. It has great potential, but it needs a lot of help. I think we can start doing that soon. I love seeing beautiful buildings. I love seeing buildings that need repair. That is why we will implement a project with the UN. We will make Gaza a model of success, security and unity. It is an honor for us to have you here," Donald Trump said.
The US President said that he had made a commitment to a number of countries regarding the reconstruction of Gaza: "The United States has made a similar great commitment. We look forward to working with you for years to come."
