We prevented Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, US President Donald Trump made the statement during his address at the Knesset, APA reports.
The President said that the bombing of Iran’s nuclear facilities was carried out flawlessly.
“We dropped 14 bombs on Iran’s key sites, destroyed them, and together prevented the world’s top state sponsor of terrorism from obtaining nuclear weapons. Iran was more than two months away from acquiring a nuclear weapon. Our pilots have been monitoring them for 22 years and executed the strike flawlessly. If nuclear weapons had fallen into Iran’s hands, we wouldn’t be here today,” Trump emphasized.
