The United States and Iran are not negotiating, according to US Secretary of State and National Security Advisor Marco Rubio, APA reports.
"No, not at this time," he told reporters in Congress, answering a question about whether Tehran and Washington were currently holding talks. "There are always those in [other countries'] governments who initiate contact. It's unclear whether they are authorized to initiate contact or not. They are suffering colossal losses," the head of American diplomacy stated, without going into detail.
