Iran intends to reach an agreement with the United States, APA reports.
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio made the remarks to journalists on the sidelines of the ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting in Manila.
"Iran wants to reach a deal. The price of such a deal will go up every night until an agreement is reached," the U.S. Secretary of State said.
According to Rubio, the main issues discussed in the negotiations between Washington and Tehran over the past two years have been Iran's uranium enrichment program and the possible easing of sanctions.
It should be noted that Rubio's remarks come as diplomatic contacts between the United States and Iran over Tehran's nuclear program continue.
