According to him, the UN Climate Centre will consider the results of the forums to be held in Russia in early November and in Morocco in late November.
“The forum to be held in Morocco will focus on discussions over the winter in South-Eastern Europe and South Caucasus countries. We will also prepare our forecasts after the final decisions passed in those forums," he said.
The senior hydrologist noted that it is too early to say something about the winter.
Some European and Russian weather forecasters said that this winter will be very cold.
