State Commission created on fire at Guneshli field

APA reports according to the order, the weather and strong waterspout hampered rescue works. However, 32 people have been rescued, 1 dead. Rescue works are underway.

In order to accelerate the rescue works, coordinate the relevant state bodies’ activity, investigate the reasons of incident and eliminate the results, a State Commission has been created. The Commission will be chaired by the rime MInister Artur Rasizadeh.

Energy Minister – Natig Aliyev

General Prosecutor – Zakir Garalov

Minister of Internal Affairs – Ramil Usubov

First Deputy Minister of National Security – Madat Guliyev

Head of State Border Service – Elchin Guliyev

Minister of Health – Ogtay Shiraliyev

Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources – Huseyngulu Bagirov

Finance Minister – Samir Sharifov

Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population – Salim Muslumov

Head of State Maritime Administration – Gudrat Gurbanov

The State Commission must provide the search of missed people and acceleration of rescue works, investigate reasons of the incident and set and take emergency measures for elimination of its results. At the same time, the Commission must provide financial assistance to the victims and family members of dead people, treatment of injured people, determine the condition of the platform and set damage of platform and regularly inform the President about the conducted works.

General Prosecutor’s Office, Interior Ministry, Ministry of Emergency Situations and Ministry of National Security must take emergency measures to investigate the reasons of the incident.
