According to the decision, the rules were specified for the resumption of the activities of local NGOs and representative offices and branches of foreign NGOs.
Upon the resumption of the activities of local NGOs and representative offices and branches of foreign NGOs, an application shall be submitted to the Justice Ministry within 3 days for its state register in non-profit organizations and educational institutions. The application shall point out the date of resumption of the organization’s activity and name body passing a relevant decision. The application shall include the document confirming the decision on resumption of the organization’s activity (reasons of early resumption) and the information given to the Ministry of Taxes and the State Social Protection Fund. Within three days after submission of these documents, the Justice Ministry is to enter the information on the resumption of the organization’s activity into state register of non-profit organizations and educational institutions.
