Baku. Konul Kamilqizi – APA. ‘ASAN XidmÉ™t’ centers of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan have received over 2,000,000 applications up to now.
The state agency told APA that the first ‘ASAN XidmÉ™t’ center was launched on January 15, 2013. Currently, 6 centers--4 in the capital city of Baku and the other 2 in Sumgayit and Ganja--are functioning.
Besides, under the president’s instructions, buses equipped with necessary modern technologies have been serving residents since June 1, 2013 in order to provide service to people in the regions where the service is unavailable and offer services to residents without coming to centers.
Over the last year, 60,000 residents from 37 districts were served by Mobile ‘ASAN XidmÉ™t’. By December 2014, ‘ASAN XidmÉ™t’ is aiming to offer mobile service for residents of 41 districts.
