Next final examinations to be held at Azerbaijanâ€™s secondary schools today

The State Students Admission Commission (SSAC) will today hold centralized final examinations for ninth- and eleventh-graders of secondary schools situated in Sumgayit, Absheron, Mingachevir, Ganja, Dashkasan, Shamkir, Goygol, Samukh, Gadabay, Gazakh, Aghstafa, Tovuz, Naftalan, Goranboy, Shaki, Zaqatala, Balakan, Gabala, Gakh, and Oghuz.

Also today, final-graders of secondary schools which are situated in Baku’s Sabail and Narimanov district and offer education in English will participate in the examinations, the SSAC told APA.

The examination for ninth-graders will start at 10:00 AM, for eleventh-graders at 3:00.

In general 65 exam centers were established in cities and districts for final examination for ninth-graders. 29379 pupils of the 9th form (Sumgayit-3992, Absheron-3136, Mingachevir-1178, Ganja-3126, Dashkesen-300, Shamkir-2473, Goygol-816, Samukh-670, Gedebey-968, Gazakh-998, Aghstafa-896, Tovuz-2139, Naftalan-81, Goranboy-1307, Shaki-2023, Zagatala-1379, Balaken-1077, Gabala-1450, Gakh-661, Oghuz-596, as well as Baku’s Narimanov district-41, Sabail district-74) are expected to participate in the examinations.

65 exam centers were established in cities and districts for final examinations for eleventh-graders. 24774 pupils of the 11th form (Sumgayit-3375, Absheron-2163, Mingachevir-986, Ganja-2722, Dashkesen-291, Shamkir-2295, Goygol-866, Samukh-558, Gedebey-846, Gazakh-832, Aghstafa-695, Tovuz-1619, Naftalan-47, Goranboy-1180, Shaki-1813, Zagatala-1219, Balaken-750, Gabala-1470, Gakh-507, Oghuz-510, as well as Baku’s Narimanov district-9, Sabail district-21) are expected to participate in the exams.

In order to manage exam process 183 heads and 2583 exam supervisors were involved.
