The change is meant to empower the Ministry of National Security
The Cabinet of Ministers, based on the reviews of state agencies, gives special permission for the export, import, re-export, re-import and transit of military aircraft, drones, missiles, their engines, basic and collateral equipment, specially designed components for military purpose.
The Defense Ministry, the Defense Industry Ministry (accordingly), the State Border Service and the Special State Protection Service have so far exercised control over the export in this area, inspections conducted before and after the issuance of special permission and the usage of double-duty goods for the ordered purposes.
