APA’s Moscow correspondent reports that the ceremony has been organized by the All-Russian Azeri Congress, the Azerbaijani Youth Union of Russia, the Mejlis of Mahammad Amin Rasulzadeh.
The ceremony will be held at the central office of the All-Russian Azeri Congress on January 30.
The encyclopedia, authored by historian Nasiman Yagublu, has been dedicated to the life and work of M. A. Rasulzadeh, a famous statesman of Azerbaijan. For the first time, his work both in Azerbaijan and during migration is thoroughly being studied. The encyclopedia includes a general bibliography of all of his writings and works. Scientists, politicians, diplomats and researchers can benefit from this encyclopedia.
