Each subscriber, who has admitted debts and loaded SMS-counter, is provided with electricity automatically.
In addition, it was noted that electricity supply in the district of Nardaran was suspended because of debts (2% of the debt was paid within 10 years; the debt exceeds 42 million manats).
Subscribers were asked to pre-pay for electricity.
