It was noted that all conditions have been created in 12-storey building with 132 apartments.
President Ilham Aliyev met with some residents of the building. Then, the head of state presented apartment certificates to the residents.

Then, President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva inaugurated the buildings of the medical-social expert commission No. 8 and Narimanov district Social Protection Center of the Ministry of Labor Social Protection of Population.
