Senior hydrologist of the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources Asif Verdiyev told APA that weather will be unstable in the western regions from February 20 to 23, it will intermittently rain, sleet and snow are expected. North-west wind will occasionally strengthen. The roads will freeze up.
North-west wind will strengthen in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula from February 20, it will intermittently rain. Sleet and snow are expected. The temperature will be 0 C in the evening and -2 C at night on February 20, 21 and 22.
North-west wind will strengthen on February 21.
