According to the decision of Cabinet on application of summer time on March 17, 1997, each year on the last Sunday of March, at 04.00, the country switches to summer time by setting the clocks forward one hour, APA reports.
Every year, on the last Sunday of October, the country passes to winter time by putting clock back one hour at 05:00. The process is controlled by the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents.
