Georgia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Armenia ranked the 76^th, 78^th, 81^st, 85^th respectively.

Moldova, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan have also taken places in this category.

According to the report, Norway, Australia, Switzerland, Denmark and the Netherlands ranked in the top five.

The report has been developed taking into account factors such as the quality of life in various countries, social protection, health, education, cultural values, crime levels, environmental protection, and people’s participation in decision-making.

Thanks to the achievements gained in health, education and poverty reduction, the number of people living in low-life conditions reduced by 2 bln in the last 25 years.
