It is reflected in the “List of types of activities demanding special permissions (licenses) and amount of state duty to be paid for issue of special permissions (licenses)” ratified by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’ decree “On some measures in the field of licensing” dated December 21, 2015.
Before, individuals had to pay fee in the amount of AZN 2,200 to get the license from the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population for mediation services for employment of Azerbaijani citizens abroad. However, mediation services are not reflected in the list of activities demanding licenses ratified by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’ decree dated December 21, 2015.
Licenses for activities of non-state pension funds in Azerbaijan were also abolished. Before, individuals had to pay fee in the amount of AZN 11,000 to get the license from the Ministry of Finance for activities of non-state pension funds.
