These rules regulate the procedure of registration, review and storage of documents submitted for appointment of social benefits (benefit) to social insurance payers and persons who are not entitled to pension, as well as stateless persons permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and foreigners (except lifelong benefits and unemployment benefits to civil servants), presidential pensions and compensations to certain categories of persons by city and district centers of social protection of population of the State Social Security Service under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
