Akif Alizadeh: "There is a serious personnel problem at ANAS"

Akif Alizadeh said that talent shouldn’t be looked for, but cultivated: “ANAS is focused on creating conditions for the development of the talents. Intellectual Development Center was a NGO of the youth. Therefore, Councils of Young Scientists and Specialists are being established at the ANAS institutes. This process will be completed by December and ANAS Council of Young Scientists and Specialists will be established.”

Alizadeh said young scholars are sent to Europe for practice. There are prestigious scientific databases around the world: “We want them to organize trainings for our scientists in this sphere. They want money from us for the use of super scientific databases, we will probably find it.”
