A Wizz Air passenger plane flying from Prague to Rome was diverted to Venice after a report of a bomb on board, Italy's National Civil Aviation Authority (ENAV) said, APA reports.
A representative of the agency stated that an alert was issued after information was received about a possible explosive device on board the aircraft. The plane landed at Venice Airport.
It should be noted that at least 15 reports of explosives on board European aircraft have been received throughout the day.
