Two more accused individuals have been extradited to Azerbaijan, APA reports, citing the Press Service of the Prosecutor General's Office.

According to the statement, the Georgian Ministry of Justice granted the Prosecutor General's Office's requests for the extradition of Azerbaijani citizens Tahir Ayralov and Miryusif Gadirov in accordance with the requirements of the Convention on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters dated January 22, 1993, and the European Convention on Extradition dated December 13, 1957.

Thus, reasonable suspicions were established that Tahir Ayralov had committed repeated theft as part of a group of persons acting in prior conspiracy, involving unlawful entry into a residential premises, building, warehouse or other storage facility, in a criminal case under preliminary investigation by the Aghstafa District Police Department.

In another criminal case pending before the Baku Court of Appeal, reasonable suspicions were established that Miryusif Gadirov had committed the offence of concealing a particularly serious crime without prior agreement.

Decisions were made to charge both individuals as accused persons, and they were placed on the wanted list after fleeing and evading the investigation.

Both individuals were detained in Georgia and brought to the Republic of Azerbaijan by the relevant bodies of the Ministry of Justice.
