Baku. Konul Kamilgizi – APA. The state electronic information system "student-graduate" has received data about 2,460,557 persons for 1992-2014 years.
SSAC Chairwoman Maleyka Abbaszade made remarks in the presentation of the 12th edition of the magazine Abituriyent, APA reports.
She said during these years 23,000 pupils have not been admitted by SSAC to any universities.
The SSAC Chairwoman said such cases were found while they submitted documents for attending entrance exams for master or any other postgraduate degrees. According to her, during the reporting period – the year of 2014 - the commissions was asked by various institutions for information about 4900 persons.
“Though 1200 of 7800 persons who attended civil service exams and other exams with equal status during this year have not been admitted by the commission. In 2014, 618 of 26000 applicants for master and residency degrees have not been admitted by SSAC. They have studied in universities via various ways, such as internal transfers, recovery, transfers from abroad. Moreover, 27 persons of them revealed to have gotten fake diplomas. The Ministry of Education has not given their diplomas”, she said.
